Endive gratin

Ingredients:

1 kg of endives
5 eggs
1 glass of milk
Seasoning
 nutmeg
cheese 150g

Preparation:

Clean the endives and cook 25 minutes in salted boiling water.
Draw up them in a baking dish .
Beat the eggs with the milk , salt, pepper, nutmeg and grated cheese.
Add this mixture over the endives .
Put in oven 20 minutes


Enjoy, can eat with ham or another meat.
